While watching the "I FINK YOU FREEKY" music video I noticed a nice shot that we could use in our video. The shot is of the singers face submerged in black water. This is a shot we could use in our video and it would match our genre and lyrics "Here in the black", however perhaps we could expand on this. I would most likely have the performer come from underneath the water rather than his face already being there, I think this would look better. The theme of this shot would match some of my other ideas, for example a shot of the performer in black rain ect.
I also had an idea matching the black theme to incorporate black rain into our performance, to do this we would perhaps used a watering can with black food colouring, however I still need to test it out to see if it would look any good.
Die Antwood's videos focus on mise en scene, and all their sets and costume's look great, we need to now focus on how our artist will look and how this will fit with the setting of our track.
